Refund and Exchange policy

​Due to the handmade and nature of our bags and accessories, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or if the item has been worn. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a flaw, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund for you.​

Return Shipping Cost

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When returning an item, you will need to cover the cost of shipping back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Cancellations

All purchases made on the website are final. Please select and purchase carefully. If you have made an error in selection, please contact me with your order details and relevant items. There will be no refunds processed for a change of mind.
