Kimono
Kimono is a traditional Japanese cloth that means a “thing to wear” in Japanese.
Kimono fabrics are often made from silk and feature seasonal patterns, floral motifs, or subtle woven textures. Each fabric reflects the care and skill of the maker, and many pieces were originally worn for daily and special occasions. Today's kimono only wear special occasions.
In general, there are two types of kimonos for women. Furisode and tomesode.
Furisode has long sleeves and gorgeous patterns This is the most prestigious kimono for unmarried women.
Tomesode has shorter sleeves than furisode and is for married women.
Obi sash
Obi fabrics are traditionally used for kimono sashes and are usually thicker and more structured than kimono fabric. They often feature bold designs, rich textures, and intricate weaving, making them especially striking when repurposed into modern items.


Obi accessories-Obi jime
Obi-code(Obijime cord) is tied at the center of obi. It is chosen to accent its color.
Haori Jacket
A haori is an overcoat worn on top of a kimono.
